Why do I need CHAS Accreditation?
So Clients can assess a contractors health & safety standards, particularly compliance to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM), the HSE and construction industry produced a consistent set of questions to assess health and safety compliance, and appointed the organisation Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) to accredit certification bodies to undertake the assessments.
