Achilles UVDB – Utility Vendor Database (UK)

UVDB is the utility industry pre-qualification system used across the UK. It is an independent audit of an organisation’s Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) management systems and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

GDPR compliance – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the UK & European Union (EU). Every company in the UK & Europe must be GDPR compliant. Failure to be GDPR compliant will result in the following – The UK GDPR and DPA 2018 set a maximum fine of £17.5 million or 4% of annual global turnover – whichever is greater – for infringements.
