How do we do this?

Step 2 – Stay on top of what is happening
Finding a problem is one thing; however, determining where the problem is coming from and how big the issue is another. By having something in place to deal with the situation, will avoid lots of time and headache, allowing your business to continue running smoothly as it should.
Step 3 – What has changed?
Once you have identified where the area of concern lies, determine what has changed within the business.
This includes looking at issues such as:
- Has the business changed its suppliers?
- Have the suppliers changed their products?
- Growth of the business?
- Has the business changed its product or services?
- Staff turnover
- Have you recruited new staff? And have internal responsibilities changed?

Step 4 – Results
Once you have identified a clear roadmap on how to implement the changes to ensure that your business is back in control, you need to determine who will take the lead and oversee the changes. You should also factor in the review process to ensure the identified changes have been made and non-conformance has been achieved.
