The UK safety accreditation scheme assesses health and safety assessment policies to ensure a business understands the risk of employing UK contractors. It also checks the correct procedures are in place. It is one of the most extensive assessment schemes in the UK, with over 28,000 members. SafeContractor is part of the Alcumus Group Ltd.
Becoming accredited demonstrates to potential clients that you take risk assessments very seriously and understand the importance of adopting comprehensive risk management. The accreditation helps prove you are following the correct guidelines that have been set out within this certification. These will support the application process. After that, and once the application has been completed in full, the method for approval begins.
