Documentation included a Plan of Action, Fraud Policy, Continuity Business Plan and Quality Policy as well as other legally required process and policy documents.
The service was professionally provided, starting from the initial enquiry right through to producing the final documentation, which was accepted at the first time of asking by the Achilles Auditors. The service provided managed to meet the very tight and strict deadline set by the Auditors and the documents were set to our own format to preserve our corporate image.
