I write this letter to you to express 3DCM’s gratitude for the effort, support and level of service provided by yourselves in helping 3DCM achieve their goal of becoming accredited to ISO9001:2015.
3DCM is a relatively new manufacturing company established in 2018, providing a high quality, quick turnaround composite manufacturing service to the motorsport industry. As we have grown it had become apparent we needed to bolster our quality tools to help us perform at maximum efficiency, whilst delivering the highest quality of service and goods to our customers, and the best way to achieve our goals was to implement a QMS and become aligned with the ISO9001:2015 standard.
After careful consideration and exploring multiple options of how best to reach our goal, we decided to utilise the services of JVR consultancy.
JVR provided 3DCM with the framework to create a fully functional QMS.
JVR was fully supportive of 3DCM, and were happy to answer any questions we had, and did so in a timely manner.
Our consultant was present for both our stage 1 and 2 audits. I am pleased to say as a result of the hard work and great service provided by JVR, 3DCM is accredited with an ISO9001:2015 certificate, with no non-conformances raised in either audit.
