What is Alcumus SafeContractor?
Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading accreditation scheme. It looks at health and safety assessment policies to ensure a business understands the risk of employing UK contractors and has the correct procedures in place as part of the UK safety accreditation scheme. It is one of the most extensive assessment schemes in the UK, with over 28,000 members. SafeContractor is part of the Alcumus Group Ltd.
It shows potential clients that you take risk assessments very seriously and understand the importance of adopting good risk management. It demonstrates you are following the correct guidelines that have been set out within this certification. Furthermore, the scheme enables time-saving when filling out the pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs) on behalf of your clients.

How do I become a SafeContractor accredited and what do I need to do?

These will support the application process. After that, and once the application has been completed in full, the method for approval begins.
